Last month, I took a four day business trip to Tampa. The purpose of the trip was to attend a two day seminar that was being held for all the managers in our company. To be completely honest, the seminar was extremely boring. The people who were running it tried really hard to be entertaining and create a fun atmosphere, but they honestly failed horribly. No one person that I talked to enjoyed themselves at the seminar, and from the first day, we were just counting down the time until it was over.
Fortunately, my other two days in Tampa were much more enjoyable. To avoid being stuck in my hotel, I got a rental car so I could go around Tampa. Although I only had two days to hang out in Tampa, I found some great stuff to do in that short period of time. I drove my rental car to several different restaurants in Tampa, where I was able to eat some really good food. In addition to enjoying several different top notch meals, I also spent some time enjoying several of the large shopping locations in Tampa.
