About six months ago, I got to visit Tampa for the first time. Although many of my friends had been there before, it was just one of those places that I had never gotten an opportunity to visit. When I was planning my trip, several of my friends who had been there before made a special point to tell me that I really needed to get a rental car so I would be able to get around the city and do everything that I wanted.
